This Privacy Policy describes how Re:Build Manufacturing TPS I, LLC d/b/a Re:Build Battery Solutions (“Seller,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with Seller’s website at https://store.rebuildmanufacturing.com (the “Site”), including the online sale of drone battery packs and related products (collectively, the “Products”).
This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to the Site, Buyers who purchase Products through the Site, and individuals who submit inquiries through the Site. This Privacy Policy should be read together with Seller’s Terms and Conditions of Online Sale (the “Terms”).

1. Scope of the Site
Products sold through the Site are available only for shipment within the United States. The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old or otherwise have legal capacity to form a binding contract.
The Site is not intended for international sales, government or defense procurement, custom-design orders, export transactions, restricted end uses, or other transactions requiring direct review by Seller. Those inquiries may be routed separately for review outside the Site.
2. Information We Collect
Seller may collect the following categories of information:
Order Information. When Buyer places an order, Seller may collect Buyer’s name, email address, phone number, company name, billing address, shipping address, order details, order number, delivery information, tax information, and communications about the order.
Payment Information. Payments through the Site are processed by third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Stripe. Seller does not need to receive Buyer’s full payment card number to process an order. Seller may receive limited payment-related information from its payment processors, including payment status, transaction ID, payment method type, last four digits of a card, billing details, refund status, chargeback information, and fraud or risk signals.
Contact and Support Information. If a person submits a Contact Us form, requests custom-design information, makes a government or defense inquiry, asks about expedited shipping, contacts customer service, or submits a warranty or return request, Seller may collect the information provided in that communication and any information needed to respond.
Warranty and Return Information. If Buyer requests warranty support or return authorization, Seller may collect Buyer’s order number, Product details, photos or descriptions of Product condition, usage information, shipping information, and communications about inspection, repair, replacement, or refund.
Website and Device Information. When a person uses the Site, Seller may collect any IP address, device type, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, referring pages, approximate location, cookie identifiers, and similar technical or usage information associated with the transaction.
Marketing Information. If a person signs up to receive information from Seller, Seller may collect contact information and communication preferences. A recipient may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
3. Sensitive, Regulated, and Restricted Information
The Site and public website forms are not designed to receive confidential, proprietary, export-controlled, classified, sensitive personal, health, payment card, financial account, or other regulated information, unless Seller specifically requests that information through an approved process.
Do not submit any of the following through public website forms:
(a) classified information;
(b) Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI);
(c) ITAR-controlled technical data;
(d) EAR-controlled technical data;
(e) government procurement information that is subject to special handling rules;
(f) protected health information;
(g) payment card data outside the approved payment checkout flow;
(h) sensitive personal information not requested by Seller; or
(i) third-party confidential or proprietary information.
Seller may delete, disregard, decline to review, or restrict processing of information submitted in violation of this Privacy Policy or the Terms.
4. How We Use Information
Seller may use information to:
(a) operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
(b) process, accept, reject, fulfill, ship, cancel, refund, and support orders;
(c) process payments and manage chargebacks, fraud checks, and payment disputes;
(d) communicate about orders, shipping, delivery, returns, warranty claims, support requests, and Product updates;
(e) respond to Contact Us submissions, custom-design inquiries, government or defense inquiries, and other business inquiries;
(f) route inquiries to the appropriate Seller, Re:Build Manufacturing, Legal, Trade Compliance, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, EHS, Logistics, or business personnel;
(g) provide Product safety materials, Safety Data Sheets, specifications, operation manuals, warnings, and related support;
(h) conduct restricted-party, sanctions, export-control, fraud, tax, payment, and compliance reviews;
(i) comply with tax, accounting, trade compliance, export control, sanctions, hazardous materials, safety, consumer protection, and other legal obligations;
(j) protect Seller’s rights, property, customers, Site, Products, and business;
(k) enforce the Terms and other applicable terms; and
(l) send marketing communications where permitted by law and consistent with the recipient’s preferences.
5. Payment Processors
Payment processing is provided by third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Stripe. Payment processors may collect, use, process, store, and disclose personal information under their own terms, privacy notices, and security practices.
Seller does not control and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, systems, policies, or practices of third-party payment processors, except to the extent required by applicable law.
6. How We Disclose Information
Seller may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:
Service Providers. Seller may use service providers to help operate the Site and business, including website hosting and development providers, ecommerce and backend providers, payment processors, tax providers, shipping carriers, logistics providers, customer support tools, email providers, analytics providers, IT providers, cybersecurity providers, and data storage providers.
Re:Build Affiliates and Personnel. Seller may disclose information to Re:Build Manufacturing affiliates, employees, contractors, and advisors who need the information to operate the Site, fulfill orders, support customers, evaluate inquiries, or comply with legal obligations.
Shipping, Logistics, and Hazmat Providers. Seller may disclose information to carriers and logistics providers to ship Products, manage delivery, process returns, and comply with hazardous materials shipping requirements.
Professional Advisors. Seller may disclose information to legal, tax, accounting, insurance, compliance, and other professional advisors.
Government Authorities and Legal Process. Seller may disclose information if required or appropriate under law, subpoena, court order, legal process, tax rules, export control rules, sanctions rules, hazardous materials rules, or other legal obligations.
Business Transactions. If Seller or its affiliates are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction.
7. Trade Compliance and Restricted Inquiries
Seller may use information submitted through the Site to evaluate whether an order or inquiry involves trade compliance, sanctions, export control, government procurement, defense procurement, custom design, restricted end use, restricted end user, bulk order, or other issue requiring direct review.
Seller may reject, cancel, suspend, or route for additional review any order or inquiry that Seller determines may involve:
(a) an unsupported destination;
(b) an international shipment, export, re-export, or retransfer;
(c) a restricted country, territory, person, entity, or end user;
(d) a restricted end use;
(e) government or defense procurement;
(f) military or defense use;
(g) custom design or technical development;
(h) bulk purchase or unusual purchasing pattern;
(i) suspected fraud, sanctions, money laundering, or trade compliance risk; or
(j) any matter that Seller determines requires direct review.
Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create a quote, order, purchase commitment, sale, contract, confidential relationship, or other agreement with Seller. Any government, defense, custom design, export, re-export, restricted end-use, or other restricted transaction must be reviewed separately and may require separate written terms accepted by Seller.
Seller may retain and disclose information as necessary to conduct trade compliance review, screen parties and transactions, comply with applicable law, respond to government requests, and protect Seller and its affiliates from legal or regulatory risk.
8. Contact Us Forms
Contact Us forms are for informational inquiries only. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, export-controlled, classified, sensitive personal, or regulated information through Contact Us forms unless Seller specifically requests it through an approved process.
Information submitted through Contact Us forms may be reviewed by Seller and its affiliates, personnel, advisors, and service providers for the purpose of evaluating and responding to the inquiry.
9. Cookies and Analytics
The Site may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand Site usage, improve performance, detect fraud, and support analytics or marketing.
A user may manage cookies through browser settings. Some cookies are necessary for the Site to function, including checkout, security, and fraud-prevention features.
If Seller uses cookies or similar technologies in a way that applicable law treats as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, Seller will provide required notices and choices.
10. What We Do Not Do
Seller does not sell personal information for money.
Seller does not use Product purchase information for third-party AI model training.
Seller does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site, except where specifically requested through an approved process.
11. Security
Seller uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through the Site. No system is perfectly secure. If Seller becomes aware of a security incident affecting personal information, Seller will provide notices as required by applicable law.
12. Retention
Seller retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to process and support orders, handle warranty and return claims, comply with legal and tax obligations, maintain business records, resolve disputes, conduct compliance reviews, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is used.
13. Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where a person resides, that person may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain uses or disclosures of personal information.
Requests may be submitted by contacting Seller at privacy@rebuildmanufacturing.com. Seller will respond to privacy requests as required by applicable law.
Seller will not discriminate against a person for exercising privacy rights.
14. Marketing Communications
A recipient may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting Seller at privacy@rebuildmanufacturing.com. Seller may still send transactional or service-related communications, including order confirmations, shipping notices, warranty communications, safety notices, and legal notices.
15. Children
The Site is not intended for children under thirteen (13), and Seller does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13). The Site is intended for buyers who are at least eighteen (18) years old or otherwise legally able to form a binding contract.
If Seller learns that it has collected personal information from a child in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, Seller will take appropriate steps to delete the information.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or policies. Seller is not responsible for the privacy practices, security practices, or content of third-party websites or services.

Seller may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was last updated. Changes will apply as stated in the updated Privacy Policy.
