Improper use, charging, storage, handling, transportation, modification, repair, overdischarge, use after damage or crash, use with non-approved equipment or chargers, or use outside published specifications may create fire, burn, explosion, electrical, chemical, personal injury, or property damage risks.
Products sold through this website are intended only for the applications and specifications stated on the applicable product page and supporting materials. Do not use any Product that is damaged swollen, leaking, altered, overheated, overdischarged, or otherwise abnormal.
Your product is backed by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us to start a return authorization. We’ll repair, replace, or refund defective products at our discretion.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on non-defective products. Products that have been used, opened, modified, damaged, or discharged are not eligible for return unless authorized as defective under warranty.
Custom-made products ordered to your specifications are excluded from this warranty.
